Wolf, you can sue them for more than just the value of the car. You can sue them for all kinds of things like undue hardship and loss of time. And sue EVERYBODY. Sue the person that drove it. Sue the dealer. AND sue Nissan. You'll get what you're looking for!!!!!!!!! Once Nissan gets word of the lawsuit, action will take place. But talk to your lawyer. He'll tell you the way it is. These people have to realize that you have more invested in the car than its actually worth.
